High-bonding Rust Converter for Industrial Metal Protection

Product Description

This product adopts the internationally advanced rust conversion technology. It relies on the composite organic acid groups grafted on the nano polymer micelles to reduce the rust into a passivation component with rust prevention ability. At the same time, the polymer micelles undergo molecular rearrangement on the entire metal matrix. Because the film layer is directly combined with the substrate through chemical bonds, and the molecular rearrangement of the interface makes there are almost no gaps between the particles, the film layer has high sealing, high rust removal performance, and high adhesion, thus completely solving the secondary rust problem after rust removal and before painting, as well as the secondary corrosion problem in the short term caused by incomplete rust removal.

Application


Suitable for anti-corrosion treatment of steel parts with oxides. Widely used in the manufacture and maintenance of steel structures, tunnels, bridges, urban construction facilities, highway facilities, pipelines, railway facilities,ships, port machinery facilities, petroleum facilities, metallurgy and chemical equipment, etc. It can be used for primer treatment before painting; it can also be used alone as anti-rust paint.


Main performance


Rust removal is uniform and thorough, and it has strong removal power for rust, scale and other impurities on the surface of steel. Rust removal and rust prevention are completed in one time, and no secondary floating rust is generated.

  • After rust removal, steel parts have certain rust resistance in ventilated and dry places.

  • It has good corrosion inhibition effect on steel and iron parts.

  • Water-based products do not contain heavy metal ions and are environmentally friendly.

How to use


  • Please shake the product well before use.

  • Use a brush, roller brush, spray gun and other tools to apply the product on the surface of the steel workpiece or immerse the steel workpiece in the product. A yellow-green compound will be generated in about 1 minute, and it will dry to form a protective film in 15-20 minutes. The subsequent coating process can be carried out after 24 hours.

  • For those with higher requirements and as the final anti-corrosion coating, you can apply 1-2 more times after applying once, 30-60 minutes apart, to make the film uniform, dense, bright, and more anti-corrosion.

  • For workpiece surfaces with severe oil stains and spots, the oil stains and spots must be removed before coating.

Precautions


  • This product is acidic. Pay attention to labor protection when using it.

  • If this product comes into contact with the skin, wash it with clean water and soap immediately; if it comes into contact with the eyes, rinse it with clean water immediately and seek medical attention immediately. Contact with skin, clothing,wood, cement, etc. will leave stains

  • When used at home, it should be placed out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion. In case of accidental ingestion, induce vomiting immediately and send to hospital for treatment immediately.
