Causes Analysis:

2. The cutting fluid used when processing the differential gears does not have strong anti-rust performance, and there is strong smoke during processing, and the operator will open the window, which will cause the salt vapor to enter the processing workshop and accelerate the rust of the product.
3. The customer did not take any protective measures to seal the differential gears
4. The cleaning ability of the cleaning agent used is not strong, resulting in the inability to guarantee the cleanliness of the surface of the differential gears
Improvements:
1. Redesign the entire cleaning and anti-rust program, using oil-free anti-rust packaging.
2. Use VCI-802 semi-synthetic cutting fluid. The processing process does not produce salt spray, and can provide a certain degree of rust protection
3. Use VCI-600E cleaning agent, VCI-600B cleaning agent, VCI-510D water-based anti-rust agent, anti-rust bag + anti-rust desiccant.
4. VCI+ technical engineers will come to complete the training and guidance, and draw up SOP.
Improve Results:
The machined differential gear has no rust, and its surface cleanliness meets the standard. In addition, the differential gear has not rusted after being stocked in the warehouse for 6 months.
