1.Redesign the entire cleaning and anti-rust program, using oil-free anti-rust packaging.
2.Use VCI+ antirust bags(With the standard :GB/T 19532 and Germany TL-8135-002).
3.Use VCI-301 antirust desiccants and PNX desiccant,which help moisture absorption rate be up to 150%.
4.VCI+ technical engineers will come to complete the training and guidance, and draw up SOP.
5.No regular monitoring of cleaning tanks and anti-rust tanks.
Improve Results:
1.After using this program, ship turbo shells in June, the corrosion rate of products only 0.1%.
2.Turbo shells do not get rusty in he following shipment,and the corrosion rate is zero.
3.Customers have used this solution for more than 2 years, and there is no rust problem at present.
