Product description
VCI-ECO is a fully degradable antirust film, a patented product. It is produced by a two- layer co-extrusion method, and the outer layer is a copolymer of butylene adipate and butylene terephthalate. It has the characteristics similar to PE plastic particles, not only has better ductility and elongation at break, but also better heat resistance and impact performance. Most importantly, it also has excellent biodegradability, and its inner layer is a uniformly mixed layer of copolymer and VCI corrosion inhibitor.
When packaging metal workpieces, the film layer will automatically volatilize VCI rust prevention gas, which vaporizes in a closed space and condenses on all metal surfaces, even the hard-to-reach surfaces such as holes, holes and gaps on the workpiece. A gas phase protective layer is formed on the surface to prevent corrosion of metal workpieces.It complies with the German military standard TL-8135-002, and the national standard GB/T 19532.

Metals Protected
Iron, carbon steel, brass, bronze, zinc and galvanized steel, nickel and nickel, tin, aluminum and aluminum alloy can fully protect, silver, lead or tin to test.VCI-ECO is not recommended for magnesium and magnesium alloys.
Usage
1.Users or staff must wear glove, forbid staff by hand directly in contact with the workpiece. (Gloves dirty should be replaced in a timely manner)；
2.Before the work piece is packed, there must be no rust and water left. For the pre drying of products after cleaning, cooling after packing.The workpiece can not be directly exposed to any wood or acid containing material；
3.Must be sealed in order to achieve the real effect of anti rust；
4.The color of the anti rust film will be changed due to customer requirements, but this difference does not affect the effect of rust；
5.To achieve the best anti rust effect, it is recommended that before using the VCI product is used to test whether the workpiece to be packaged；
6.The anti rust film is a continuous wave of a small amount of anti rust material, the metal surface to provide protection against direct contact. The spacing between the anti rust film and the metal depends on the time required for the final production of the packing volume and the protection
layer. Generally 10-30 cm.
