Product description
VCI-2000 are Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor(VCI) Masterbatch for corrosion protection of metals in recessed areas, interior cavities and voids. It based on the combination of volatile corrosion inhibitor and several additives. As the functional masterbatch production of antirust film, its made of LDPE,LLDPE and antirust materials of low density polyethylene resin. It’s a basic material to manufacture VCI antirust film.

Application
VCI-2000 Masterbatch are used for dry protection of internal cavities and voids that can be covered or closed after application. Tubular structures, pipes and vessels. Internal surfaces of compressors, turbines, engines, tanks, boilers, heat exchangers. Dry lay-up of closed circuit cooling systems. Equipment protection after hydrostatic testing. Parts, components and completed assemblies during shipping and storage.
Application guidelines
1、Mix the VCI Masterbatch into the LDPE and LLDPE plastic particles, fully disperse, manufacture VCI film through machine
2、In the process of production, the temperature can’t exceed 190℃
3、Generally, VCI resin and PE resin mixing ratio is 1:50 (thickness 0.06mm-0.2mm). it can add masterbatch and antistatic agent as require.

1. Additive proportion is 1:50
2. VCI Masterbatch and PE raw material mix uniformly
3. Pay attention to the control of the temperature when film blowing
4. Pay attention to the rainy and foggy weather when film blowing
5. According to the customer requirements it can add masterbatch, if the resin that does not our company recommend, it will influence antirust effect.

Storage
Package: 25kg/box
Storage: With sealed package, it shall be kept in a cool and dry place. Do not contact with chemicals, avoid sunshine directly. Shelf life:2 years.
