VCI-707 rust converter adopts the international advanced rust conversion technology. Relying on the composite organic acid groups grafted on the nano-polymer micelles, the rust is reduced to a passivation component with anti-rust ability. The polymer micelles are rearranged at the molecular level on the entire metal matrix, and the film layer will directly bond with the substrate through chemical bonds. Because the interface between the molecules will be rearranged so that there is almost no void between the particles, the film layer has high sealing, high rust removal performance, and high adhesion, so as to completely solve the problem of secondary rust after rust removal and before painting. It avoids the short-term secondary corrosion problem caused by incomplete rust removal.
