Problems：

Causes Analysis：
1. The cleaning and drying of the connecting rod did not reach the corresponding standards. The connecting rod will rust during the cleaning process.
2. There is no cleanliness requirement for the environment of the connecting rod packaging.
3. The anti-rust oil used for connecting rod anti-rust is not replaced and monitored in time.
Improvements：
1. Redesign the entire cleaning and anti-rust program, using oil-free anti-rust packaging.
2.Use VCI-509A water soluble antirust agent replacing antirut oil, improving the recognition of product information.
3.Use VCI+bag for packaging connecting rod to imporve the cleaness and rust protection.
4. Place VCI+ antirust desiccant in the package,to absorb moisture inside and increase antirust protection .
5.VCI+ technical engineers will come to complete the training and guidance, and draw up SOP.
Improve Results:
There was no rust problem after 3 months of storage of the connecting rod. The recognition rate of the QR code on the product surface exceeds 99%.
