Problems：

1.There is no anti-rust measures for cleaning,and the existing anti-rust agent and cleaning agent are incompatible and the cleanliness is not up to standards, which causes the product to get rusty faster.
2.The grade of antirust package does not meet the needs of customers.
3.The environmental humidity of the packaging turbo shells is relatively high.
4.Operation is irregular (After the product is dried, it is packaged directly without cooling).
Improve Results:
1.Redesign the entire cleaning and anti-rust program, using oil-free anti-rust packaging.
2.Use VCI+ antirust bags（With the standard :GB/T 19532 and Germany TL-8135-002）.
3.Use VCI-301 antirust desiccants and PNX desiccant，which help moisture absorption rate be up to 150%.
4.VCI+ technical engineers will come to complete the training and guidance, and draw up SOP.
5.No regular monitoring of cleaning tanks and anti-rust tanks.
Improve Results:
1.After using this program, ship turbo shells in June, the corrosion rate of products only 0.1%.
2.Turbo shells do not get rusty in he following shipment,and the corrosion rate is zero.
3.Customers have used this solution for more than 2 years, and there is no rust problem at present.
