Product description
VCI-2000 +vci masterbatch is the basic raw material for producing VCI antirust film (which can be packaged and rust resistant to iron and non-ferrous metals). It is a polyethylene functional masterbatch made by special concentration processing of "PE, composite VCI gas-phase corrosion inhibitor and various auxiliary additives". Mixing the mother particles in a given ratio into ordinary PE plastic particles can continuously volatilize anti rust gas in PE packaging materials. This gas can adhere to the surface of iron or non-ferrous metals in a film form with a thickness of one molecule, thereby protecting the metal material from any type of corrosion.

Scope of use
Iron, carbon steel, brass, bronze, zinc and galvanized steel, nickel and nickel plating, tinplate, aluminum and aluminum alloys can provide comprehensive protection. Silver, lead or solder should be tested before use. Magnesium and magnesium alloys are not recommended for use。

Precautions for using vci masterbatch
1.When manufacturing vapor phase rust proof film, VCI-2000 vapor phase rust proof masterbatch: PE masterbatch=1:50 is mixed to process the vapor phase rust proof film. If necessary, color masterbatch can be added (the amount added should not exceed 3% of the weight of the rust proof masterbatch
2.Weigh the corresponding amount of "this product and brand new PE granules" according to the established ratio and mix them evenly, then feed and blow film.
3.During the production process, the heating temperature in each area of the blown film machine should not exceed 200 ℃, otherwise it will affect the quality of the vapor phase rust proof film.
4.If it is necessary to produce colored gas-phase rust proof film, the amount of color masterbatch added should also be controlled within a predetermined ratio and the PH value should be neutral.
5.After each use of this product, the original packaging should be resealed promptly to prevent moisture
Storage conditions
Sealed packaging, stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, avoid contact with fire sources and corrosive substances.
